Start & finish location
The start will be at the Noordhoek Common and the finish at the Noordhoek Farm Village.
Parking
Parking for all participants is NOT at the Noordhoek Farm Village. Follow the instructions of the parking marshals to a private parking area 100m from the start.
Registration
Registration & number collection will either be on Friday 17:00-18:00 (optional) OR at the start area on Sat between 06:30 and 07:30.
Race merchandise
A custom designed race tee & Bluff will be available to purchase on the online entry
platform.
Route markings & support
The route will be fully marked, but given its a public are its important all participants are familiar with the route before race day. You can download the GPX route files below or directly from Strava.
There will be specialise mountain medics and support teams covering the 21km route. There is a single aid-station (and supporter area) on the 21km only at 12.7km, below the Silvermine Dam.
This is a supplementary nutritional station and should not be used as your primary nutrition plan. There is no aid station on the Valleybowl, but road crossings will be marshalled.
Compulsory kit
All 21km runners will be required to carry a standard compulsory kit suitable for this route. This list can be found here
There is NO compulsory kit for the 9km, but please use your common sense.
Race Timing

Awards
There will be a special finisher award for every finisher. The winning male and female athlete on the 21km will have their name cut into the unique Red Earth floating trophy. There will be fantastic category prizes for the 21km & lucky draw prizes up for grabs for all..
